Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised naturally in Pine Island, New York. We sell our beef frozen in the following cuts:
STEAKS, including Rib Steaks and T-Bone Steaks, Boneless Strip Steaks, Filet, and Sirloin Steaks.
ROASTS, including London Broil, Round Roasts, Chuck Roasts, and Brisket. Also Short Ribs.
ALL TIME FAVORITES: GROUND BEEF, in 1 pound packages, and SANDWICH STEAK (Chip Steak), in 1 pound packages
Ask about shanks, liver, soup bones, oxtail and other cuts.
Orders of 20 pounds or more receive a 20% discount. Order in advance and we’ll have your 20/20 bag ready for you on market day, or select your cuts on the spot.
